Registration for Home Delivered Meals 

Meals on Wheels Northeastern Illinois is a dedicated network of neighbors committed to preparing and delivering nutritious meals to older adults, individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities, and others who are homebound and unable to prepare food for themselves.

We offer both short-term support—such as during recovery from surgery or other medical situations—and long-term services designed to promote independence, health, and quality of life.

• Meals are $10.00 a meal and you'll receive monthly invoices. Reduced fees are also available using a sliding scale.

• Volunteer drivers deliver meals between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Clients must be home to receive meals to ensure physical and meal safety. 

Once you submit the form below, our Client Experience Coordinator will call you to review next steps. Please note that meals will not begin until you have completed the onboarding process, as additional information is required.
